Changing software is usually a soft hostage situation: the data is there, but getting it out costs an email, a wait and sometimes an invoice. Not here. The patient list and the whole calendar — every appointment, not just the week you're looking at — download from the dashboard.
Every download is logged: who did it, when and how many rows they took. It's what data protection asks for a bulk extraction, and what lets you know what happened if one day you need to.
If the service is paused, both downloads keep working. Leaving with what's yours doesn't depend on being up to date.
How it works
- From Patients you download the full list.
- From Calendar you download the clinic's whole calendar, past and future.
- Each download is logged before it's handed over: who, when and how many rows.
- With the service paused, downloads stay available.
The day you change software
The clinic decides to move to another system. It downloads the list and the calendar one afternoon, imports them into the new one and doesn't lose a single scheduled appointment. Nobody had to ask for anything by email or wait to be sent it.
