If your clinic runs on Nubimed, the dental practice management program used across Spain, you don't have to choose between your software and an assistant that answers. ClaudIA connects to your Nubimed account through the API Nubimed opens to its customers, and the two calendars become one: the appointment ClaudIA closes over WhatsApp or by phone is written in Nubimed at that same moment, with its patient, its dentist and its treatment.
And it works both ways. Whatever your team does in Nubimed — create an appointment, move it, cancel it, register a patient, prepare a quote — reaches ClaudIA within seconds, and a background check every night leaves both copies identical even if a notification got lost along the way. If someone at the clinic cancels from Nubimed, ClaudIA no longer offers that slot to anyone and doesn't remind the patient of the appointment.
Dentists, their treatments and their schedules are read from Nubimed: imported once and refreshed on their own. The times ClaudIA offers are the ones Nubimed actually has free, and when the patient confirms, the appointment is born in ClaudIA and travels to Nubimed on the spot. If Nubimed doesn't accept it — because that slot was just taken there — ClaudIA knows before the patient hangs up and offers another time.
What stays untouched: the clinical record, the dental chart and everything that happens in the treatment room stays in Nubimed. ClaudIA talks, books and follows up; health data doesn't leave your program. ClaudIA builds and maintains the integration on Nubimed's customer API, and it's the first of the connectors to practice management programs: the next ones arrive as clinics ask for them.
How it works
- Your clinic asks Nubimed for API access to its account and sends us the credentials from Help; we give you the address and the key Nubimed will use to send you the notifications.
- With one button, dentists, their treatments, their schedules, the patient list and the coming weeks' appointments are imported.
- From then on, every appointment ClaudIA books appears in Nubimed instantly, and every change made in Nubimed appears in ClaudIA.
- Quotes prepared in Nubimed show up in ClaudIA with their status, and ClaudIA does the follow-up on the ones that stall.
