Some patients don't write: they call. And they call exactly when the whole team is chairside, at lunchtime or after closing. A call nobody picks up leaves no trace at all — just a patient dialling another clinic's number.
ClaudIA answers in a natural voice: it explains the treatments you've set up, checks the calendar's real availability and creates the appointment during the call itself, in the same calendar as WhatsApp. If the caller describes pain, it finds them the first available appointment and leaves the alert ready for your team, without assessing symptoms.
Your number doesn't change: you divert the calls you can't take — all of them, only out of hours, or only when the line is busy — and ClaudIA takes it from there. Your team picks up when it can; she picks up when it can't.
Voice is available today in Spain: the number calls are diverted to is Spanish, so diverting from another country would be an international call charged to your clinic. It will be offered elsewhere once there's a local number — everything else ClaudIA does works the same in any country from day one.

- Every call is kept in the dashboard with its summary and full transcript, filed by patient.
- If the reason is pain or a knock, the alert reaches your team immediately, with the name and the reason exactly as the caller said it.
