An assistant that insists on solving everything does more harm than one that knows when to withdraw. ClaudIA recognises when a matter needs a person: when the patient asks for one, when they're upset, or when it has tried several times without being able to help.
At that point ClaudIA pauses itself **in that particular conversation** — it carries on with all the others as normal — alerts your team and signs off saying somebody will be with them shortly. Nobody promises a deadline the clinic can't keep.
How it works
- ClaudIA detects the request for a person, the anger or the deadlock, and steps aside.
- An alert lands in the dashboard with the reason in one sentence, and a message to the clinic's phone if that's set up.
- The conversation stays paused: nobody writes over your team.
- When it's resolved, ClaudIA is switched back on from that same chat with one click.
A complaint
A patient writes, annoyed about an appointment that was moved twice. ClaudIA doesn't try to justify it: it apologises, alerts the clinic and steps aside. The manager reads it in the dashboard and replies herself within five minutes.
