ClaudIA answers at any hour, but books **only** inside your clinic's real opening hours: it knows your open days, each dentist's shifts and your closures for holidays. It never commits to a time you can't cover.
How it works
- You set the clinic's hours and each dentist's hours once.
- One-off closures (holidays, local public holidays) are loaded by date and ClaudIA respects them.
- If a patient asks for a closed day, ClaudIA says so naturally and offers alternatives.
- Messages that arrive in the small hours are answered, and appointments created for when you open.
Sunday afternoon
Four messages arrive. ClaudIA books three appointments for the following week, and to the fourth patient — who asked for Tuesday, a day the clinic is closed for holidays — it explains the closure and offers Thursday.
