Every dentist, their own calendar

With one dentist a paper diary holds up. With three the problems start: double bookings, patients booked with someone who doesn't do that treatment, half-hour gaps nobody sees.

ClaudIA works with each dentist's real calendar: which treatments they carry out, which days and which hours. It never names a dentist without first checking that they have that slot free, and if the patient doesn't mind who sees them, it picks the option that fits best.

How it works

1. Each dentist has their treatments assigned and their hours by day.
2. ClaudIA only offers times it has checked: no approximate ranges.
3. If a dentist is on holiday or off sick, the absence is marked and their slots stop being offered.
4. Two appointments for the same dentist can never overlap: the database itself prevents it.
