If your team keeps the diary in Google Calendar, there's no habit to change. The appointments ClaudIA books appear there, and the events your team enters by hand are taken into account so those hours aren't offered.
That way the clinic has one real calendar, not two that contradict each other.
How it works
- The clinic's Google account is connected once, with calendar permission.
- Every appointment ClaudIA creates is pushed to the calendar with the treatment and the patient.
- Events your team enters by hand are imported and block those hours.
- If the calendar fails, the appointment is still created: ClaudIA's calendar is the one that counts.

The dentist blocks Thursday 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in his Google Calendar for training. ClaudIA stops offering those hours without anyone having to tell it.
