It fills cancellations on its own, urgent cases first

A cancellation with 24 hours' notice is an opportunity, but only if somebody deals with it in time. In practice that slot stays empty because nobody had a moment to ring round the waiting list.

ClaudIA does it on its own: as soon as an appointment is freed, it looks for whoever was waiting for something compatible — same treatment, same day, and the dentist they asked for if they asked for one — and offers them the slot. And here's the dental difference: if somebody on that list came in with pain, **they go first**, even if they joined later.

One person is contacted per slot, so patients aren't set racing each other.

How it works

  1. If there's no slot for what the patient wants, ClaudIA offers to put them on the waiting list.
  2. When an appointment is cancelled, the first compatible person is found and offered it on their usual channel.
  3. The order is: whoever was waiting because of an urgent problem first, and within each group, whoever has waited longest.
  4. If the message can't be delivered, that person goes back on the list: nobody is lost in silence.
A cancellation at 11:00
A hygiene slot on Thursday is freed. There are two people on the list: one since Monday and one who wrote yesterday with discomfort. ClaudIA offers the slot to the second and tells the team the urgent case now has an appointment.
