The cheapest way to fill a calendar isn't finding new patients: it's the ones who already trust the clinic coming back. And most of them don't stay away out of indifference — nobody reminded them.
ClaudIA doesn't send a generic reminder: it knows **which treatment** each patient had last time and uses that treatment's interval. Hygiene at six months, the implant review at a year, the orthodontic check at a month. It stops being «a reminder» and becomes «the right one».
One invitation and a single gentle reminder. If the patient doesn't reply, they aren't pushed again.
How it works
- You set the interval for each treatment in your list (and a general interval for the rest).
- ClaudIA works out who is due from their last completed treatment, and rules out anyone who already has an appointment.
- Anyone who asked not to receive messages is always respected, and there's a daily cap on how many go out.
- If the patient replies, ClaudIA books the check-up in the same conversation.
Two patients, two intervals
One patient had a hygiene appointment in January; six months later she gets her invitation. Another is in orthodontic treatment with monthly checks: he's contacted after four weeks. Same system, different intervals.
