A patient comes for an assessment, the treatment is explained, they're given a plan and a price… and they don't come back. Not because they said no, but because they left it to think about and nobody picked the conversation back up. Repeated across a year, it's the biggest leak of money in a dental clinic.
Your team records the plan in the dashboard after the assessment. From there ClaudIA takes over: if the number of days you decide goes by and that patient still has no appointment, it writes once to pick it up again. Three weeks later, a single reminder. And then it closes. Two touches at most, never more.
The messages **don't mention the treatment or the amount**: that's your clinic's information and it's discussed in the chair, not over WhatsApp.
How it works
- The plan is recorded by your team in the dashboard: patient, description and, if you want, amount. ClaudIA doesn't generate plans and doesn't calculate prices.
- After the number of days you configure, if the patient has no appointment, ClaudIA writes to pick it up again without pressure.
- One reminder 21 days later. After that the plan is closed and nothing more is sent.
- Your dashboard shows the stalled plans, how old they are and how many have been recovered this month.
