In the database of any clinic with a few years behind it there are hundreds of patients who came once and stopped. They didn't leave angry: time simply passed.
ClaudIA identifies who has been away too long and has no appointment, and writes them a short invitation. The messages are spaced out to protect the clinic's number, and anyone who asks not to receive more is never written to again.
How it works
- You define how many months without a visit counts as inactive.
- ClaudIA prepares the list, rules out anyone who already has an appointment and sends gradually.
- Anyone who asks to stop receiving offers is marked immediately: reminders for their own appointments still reach them.
- Your dashboard shows how many messages went out and how many appointments came from them.
A win-back campaign
The clinic sends an invitation to patients who haven't been in for over a year. The messages are spread across several days; ClaudIA handles the replies and books the check-ups that come out of it.
