Many clinics sell at reception what the hygienist has just recommended: the interdental brush, the water flosser, the mouthwash. And almost all of them keep it in a notebook, or nowhere, until it runs out on the very day a patient asks for it.
In ClaudIA each product has its own record —price, brand, category and barcode— and is charged on the same ticket as the treatment. Its stock goes down automatically when sold and comes back if the whole ticket is refunded.
When the order arrives you record a delivery; when you count the cupboard, a stock count, and the difference is logged. Every movement carries its reason, so you always know why you have what you have, and the list warns you about anything below its minimum before it runs out.
How it works
- Each product is added with its price, its barcode and the minimum for the alert.
- At the till you search by name or scan it: it goes on the ticket next to the treatment, with its VAT.
- When you charge, stock goes down automatically; if the whole ticket is refunded, it comes back.
- Deliveries and stock counts are recorded with one button, and every change is logged.
