Some treatments aren't an appointment, they're a calendar: orthodontic check-ups, the stages of an implant, periodontal maintenance. Booking them one at a time is the fastest way to lose them along the way, because every next appointment depends on somebody remembering to ask for it.
ClaudIA books the whole series at once: you say how often and how many sessions, and it finds a slot for each one, keeping to that spacing and to the calendar of the dentist handling the case.
Each session is still a normal appointment: it can be moved or cancelled on its own, without touching the rest of the series.
How it works
- You set how often the visit repeats and how many sessions the treatment has.
- ClaudIA finds a slot for each one, keeping to that interval and to the assigned dentist's calendar.
- If a date has nothing free, it says so and offers the nearest one instead of skipping it.
- The full series lands in the calendar, and each session is moved or cancelled separately.
- Reminders for each session go out like those for any other appointment.
A year of check-ups, in one afternoon
A patient starts orthodontic treatment with check-ups every six weeks for a year. The whole series is booked with their dentist the same afternoon the treatment begins. When a check-up has to move in March, only that one moves.
