In a dental clinic a phone isn't a person: it's a family. The mother books for herself, for her son and for the grandfather, from the same WhatsApp. An assistant designed for another kind of business creates a single record, mixes the histories and the name keeps getting overwritten.
ClaudIA asks naturally who the appointment is for and offers the names it already knows on that phone. Each person has their own record, their own history and their own appointments; reminders always say whose appointment it is. And whoever writes can manage the whole family's appointments from their conversation.
All that's needed from the family member is a name. No medical data.
How it works
- If the phone already has several people linked to it, ClaudIA asks who the appointment is for, offering the names it knows.
- If it's someone new in the same family, it creates their record asking only for the name (and the relationship, if they mention it).
- Reminders and confirmations name the specific patient: «Lucy's appointment, tomorrow at 10:00».
- Whoever writes can see, move or cancel their family's appointments from their own conversation.
Three appointments, one WhatsApp
A mother books a check-up for her son, a hygiene appointment for herself and an assessment for her father. Three appointments end up in three different names, with three separate histories and three correctly named reminders.
