Reviews are the first thing anyone looks at when searching for a dental clinic nearby. And almost nobody asks for them, because you have to remember right when the patient is walking out the door, and asking in person feels awkward.
ClaudIA asks on its own a few hours after the appointment how the SERVICE was. With a four or a five it says thanks and invites them to leave a review with the link to your Google listing, the one you set in the dashboard. It asks about the care, never about the outcome of the treatment.
With a three or less it sends no link: it apologises, asks what happened and collects the reason in the patient's own words. That stays as a private incident in your dashboard and alerts you at once, also on WhatsApp if you have an alerts phone set. With the reason in front of you and on the same day, most of these are settled with a call.
And with restraint: you choose from which visit it asks, it never repeats the request to the same person within thirty days, and whoever doesn't want to be asked is flagged on their record and stops receiving it.
How it works
- Switch it on in Dashboard → Reviews, with the link to your Google listing.
- You choose how many hours after the appointment it asks, and from which visit.
- With a 4 or a 5, ClaudIA says thanks and offers the review link.
- With a 3 or less, it collects the reason, sends no one to Google and alerts you.
