A clinic with three doctors and two people at reception has five different ways of needing the dashboard. And a single account with everything inside is a risk: the password ends up in the team's WhatsApp group.
In Team you set up each doctor with their hours and the treatments they do, and ClaudIA only books them what's theirs. Their absences — holidays, a conference, a day off — are noted and the calendar paints them: nobody books with someone who isn't there.
In Access each person signs in with their own user and the profile you decide. An employee sees what they need to work; a manager runs the whole clinic except what belongs only to the account holder: tax details, the contract, payments and granting access.
How it works
- Each doctor is set up with their hours and their treatments.
- Absences are noted once and the calendar stops offering their hours.
- If you want, ClaudIA alerts your phone when that doctor gets a booking.
- In Access you create users with their profile: manager, employee or read-only.
