An assistant you can't stop isn't help, it's a risk. ClaudIA pauses whenever you want, at whatever level you want: one particular conversation or a whole channel.
While it's paused in a chat, ClaudIA doesn't write a single word there, but carries on with everything else as normal. When you're done, you switch it back on with one click.
How it works
- Pause by conversation: you reply and ClaudIA doesn't step into that chat.
- Pause by channel: switch ClaudIA off across all of WhatsApp or all of Instagram.
- Every change is logged, so you always know who switched off what and when.
- It's switched back on from the same place, with no waiting.
A delicate case
A patient raises a complaint the manager wants to handle personally. She pauses ClaudIA in that chat, resolves it during the morning and switches it back on when she's finished. Every other conversation stayed covered the whole time.
