Almost every decision in a small clinic is made on a hunch: Mondays seem slow, more patients seem to come from Instagram than from referrals. Sometimes the hunch is right and sometimes it isn't, and there's no way to tell.
The reports tell it with the data that's already inside: which treatments get booked, which days and hours fill up, how many patients come back, how the month compares with the last one and which channel each new patient came through.
Nothing to export, no spreadsheet to build: open it and it's there. And with the till active, the Till tab shows what was collected, by method and by currency.
How it works
- Open Dashboard → Reports and pick the period.
- Treatments and doctors, ranked by what gets booked most.
- The map of days and hours: where the calendar fills and where it doesn't.
- Where each new patient came from: WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, your booking page or Google.
The Monday that wasn't the problem
The clinic thinks Mondays are empty and considers closing in the afternoon. The reports show Mondays fill up just like Wednesdays: what's slow is the first hours of every day. It changes the opening time instead of closing an afternoon.
