Some things need telling to the whole patient list and to no one in particular: the clinic is moving, summer hours change, a new doctor joins. Doing it by hand on WhatsApp is a whole afternoon, and a hundred identical messages in one minute is the fastest way to get your number blocked.
You write the message once, choose who it goes to — the whole list, or those who've had a specific treatment — and ClaudIA sends them one at a time, with a pause between each. On the same screen you see the queue: what went out, what's left and what couldn't be delivered.
Nothing goes out on its own. The campaign is prepared and launched from the dashboard when you decide; ClaudIA handles the sending, not the decision. And you write the text: ClaudIA doesn't recommend treatment or tell anyone they should come back.
Whoever asked not to receive promotions receives nothing, and whoever is marked 'do not contact' neither. That decision overrides any campaign.
How it works
- Create the campaign in Dashboard → Marketing: name, audience and message.
- Each patient's name is filled in automatically, with no lists and no copy-paste.
- Launch it from the dashboard: until you run it, not a single message goes out.
- Sends are spaced out and respect courtesy hours.
